Here we find a theme, a word, a description of a lifetheme that is a part of our life experience. Your soul have chosen this theme for you to learn in this life. By understanding this you learn to know your soul better and can understand what different situations have to say to you.

Aaaah, just the knowing of why a certain topic has kept showing up repetedly in your life is the key. For me, my primary life theme is acceptance and the areas where I need to practice this is in my career, health and in my spiritual practice. Many times I have been too acceptive in my career. I didn´t have clear boundaries and allowed too much. This autoimmune condition I´m healing from have been a real acceptance-practice for me both in the area of health but also as a spiritual practice. The knowing of this have made me a bit more gentle with myself and with the challanging situations. I havn’t completed the theme just yet but now I can view the situations like, -”mmm ok, this is for me to practice”.
